TungYu's Corporate Consensus Camp: Fostering Teamwork and Sustainable Growth

TungYu's long-awaited Corporate Consensus Camp brought together colleagues for a day of challenges and camaraderie. Guided by external instructors, participants engaged in a large-scale xylophone assembly and four-wheeler construction challenge, promoting cross-departmental collaboration and conveying the essence of sustainable corporate planning.

The four-wheeler assembly, from component design and cost calculation to procurement, body assembly, and final operation, mirrored the company's journey from order acquisition to research and development to assembly production. Each department's support and assistance are crucial for smooth and efficient operations.

The seemingly simple xylophone assembly, in fact, tested teamwork. Each stage required collective effort and continuous testing for completion. Similarly, in the workplace, departments must collaborate and align. Through the collective creation of a magnificent xylophone performance, we deepened our understanding that only through teamwork can we create beautiful music and achieve outstanding results.
